Responds to inbound phone inquiries from Citi clients and resolve customer complaints and inquires in a timely and efficient manner, while presenting a friendly and respectful tone
Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers
Comply with company policies and procedures and consistently meet performance targets
Identify opportunities to cross-sell an expansive set of products and services to clients
Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
Adhere to strict laws and regulations governing Telesales practices in a complex sales environment
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Citi’s policies, procedures and a variety of service and product offerings
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
REQUIREMENT
1 year of relevant experience
Phone center, sales / services experience preferred
Understanding of Telesales practices and procedures
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proficient computer skills
Effective problem-solving and sales skills as well as the ability to link customer needs to expansive set of product/service offerings
High School diploma or equivalent
