Get in touch with businessman or individuals via the phone to promote products and services
Record buyer details, including reactions to the product and/or services offered
Take orders for goods and services over the phone
Explain the product or service to potential customers
Provide pricing details and handle customer questions
Obtain customer information, including names and addresses
Receive orders over the phone and maintain details in the system
Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories and purchase lists
Make phone calls to prospective customers who respond to advertisements
Contact customers regularly to follow up on initial interactions
Visit clients
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position
Required Skill (s) : Communication, Sales, Marketing, Persuasion, Negotiation
Have experience in customer service
