Provide complete information on all EF English Courses (online products) and comprehensive consultations to prospective students. Full responsibility of the end-to-end process from calling leads to closing the deal Working closely with other departments to provide the best learning experience for our customers. REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing (B2C), preferably in the service industry Familiar with zoom/teams/other virtual online meeting platform Good communication skills both in English and Bahasa (speaking and writing) Excellent in doing online presentations Have the ability to work in a team Self-motivated and detail-oriented Open to working in shifts. Have a learning attitude and take an active part in any initiatives in team development
