DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Candidate must have experience in handling data analytics and compensation & benefit, conduct full payroll process, in Manufacturing Company.
Candidate preferably having knowledge in calculating Pph 21, personnel administration ( BPJS, Tax, Overtime, Incentive Calculation, Medical Insurance, etc) and UU Ketenagekerjaan (Indonesia Labor Law)
Able to operate Ms. Office ( Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Have a good analytical thinking and problem solving.
Details oriented, able to work in tight-deadline.
