DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manages employees of Service Centre Acts as liaison between Customer and Company Answers Customers questions Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director Writes up reports of customer activity or complaints Presents reports to Service Centre Manager and Operation Manager Devises ways to improve customer service and client relationships Promotes company products and services
REQUIREMENT

At least Bachelor degree from reputable Universities majoring Hospitality Management Having minimum 3 years of experience in Service Centre as a front liner in Customer Service division or Hospitality Industry will be advantage. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills Possesses detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and services Exhibits strong organizational skills and ability to think creatively and analytically Demonstrates strong leadership skills and capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers Works well with a team. Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office Suite Capable of conducting independent research Maintains professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor and able to multi-task effectively Demonstrates strong problem solving skills and possesses strong persuasive skills.
