DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Organize and schedule appointments. Answer and direct phone calls. Provide office administration and clerical support to senior management which includes but not limited to arranging courier services, travel booking, updating leave record, meeting preparation as well as Visa/permit applications. Ensure the effectiveness of day-to-day administrative duties which includes but not limited to office management, office facilities management, coordination of staff event and other ad hoc assignment. Monitor the inventory control of corporate stationery and pantry supplies for ordering. Support & monitor studio facilities administration and maintenance. Provide support to office manager and senior management such as coordinate company activities and visits.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/ degree holder with three years solid administration work experience. Good team player, personable and work with can-do attitude. Customer oriented, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
