DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Able to identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching to customer's needs and requirements Coordinating with other Departments to check orders Build relationships with customers and create new customers in abroad Expert in Customer Relationship Management To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing new customers To ensure that all sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales and within the given time scales To take initiatives and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities Plan and coordinate the shipment of goods Keep track of invoices and prepare report to expedite the billing process. Preparing presentations for clients, quotes/ offers
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 30 years old Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor degree in Civil /Architecture Engineering major. Some experiences in B2B market (international market) is a must Communicative, posses the analytical thinking habit and negotiation ability is needed Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office,Internet, and email) Able to speak English both spoken and written Mandarin is an advantage A team player and able to work on tight deadline and target Previous experience in manufactur aluminium/fabrication/Plastic will be an advantage Expert in social media as (Amazon, E-bay, Alibaba, etc and other international digital media) Have experience as Marketing Export minimum 3 years Have good network with trading companies and buyers in abroad Accustomed to using digital media as a marketing tool in business Home base in Surabaya
