DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supports the Head of L&D in the implementation of the company’s training plans and programmes
Handles the full training administration, including but not limited to managing the Training Management System, scheduling of courses, facilitation of training courses and examinations, processing of training grants and maintaining of training records in accordance to WSQ ATO requirements, SkillsConnect and WTUS polices
Collates training evaluations and assists in the preparation of training reports and statistics
Carry out department’s general administrative function to ensure its efficiency and handles the reception counter effectively by portraying an excellence customer centric mind set
Analyses, and resolves problems in compliance with department’s training guidelines and policies
Assists in the internal and external audit on company’s L&D matters
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in Human Resource Development / Business Administration or related
Minimum 2 years related experience
Familiar with WSQ framework, SkillsConnect and WTUS
Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with digitalized learning systems
Pleasant disposition and meticulous in work
Excellent team player and is able to work independently with minimum supervision
