DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide sales assistance by promoting financial products with established business goals
Use customer calls to discover root causes and problematic account types; and use experience and basic judgments to make decisions that comply with prescribed options and standard agreements
Handle written inquiries and call inquiries about client accounts
Perform account maintenance, create a memo, and update account holder information
Provide customers with instructions on the program, benefits and company policies
Handling daily business forms, letters and reports

REQUIREMENT
1 year of relevant work experience
Experience in sales support is preferred
Possess working knowledge of relevant industry practices and standards
Can stably demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
