DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish good relationship with Mitra and Account Executive within assigned area Assist the Account Executives within their area to achieve each of their sales target by providing leads to Mitra and leveraging relationships with existing Mitra Providing Account Executives with constructive feedback and assisting to solve costumers problems Develop sales strategies and initiatives in each hub
REQUIREMENT

Excellent in using Excel Understanding of basic sales principles Understanding of the agricultural - planting to harvest - process Understanding of the agricultural products needed for different parts of the planting to harvest process Good communication skills with external and internal parties Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and levels Possess growth mindset Able to drive motorcycle and SIM C Background education minimum SMA/SMK, D3/S1 is a plus Minimum 3-5 years sales experience Placement at Sukabumi, Jadetabek, Bandung, Tasikmalaya, and Cirebon
