Preparing all required material in accordance with the production planning (Finish syrup, preform, closure, label, carton, treated water, soft water, CO2, and supply Utility)
Preparing and setting up production machines for the production process
Issue MST (Material Staging Transfer) to request Required Material in accordance with production planning from SAP.
Checking Material provided by Inventory and ensuring in line with the MST and POS
Responsible for Record Material for traceability needs and Calculate Material return to Inventory (MRT)
Preparing and setting up production machines and their supporters.
Operating the production machine in accordance with established procedures from start-up, change of flavor, package change, running process, and production stop
Doing group rotation in operating Production machines
Conduct quality checks according to parameters for the process and the machine to ensure the process runs correctly & in accordance with the specified quality
Record all Quality checking parameters and inform to superior if there are any issues
Collect the sample of the material and finished products as a retention sample in accordance with the Q-Plan
Conduct cleaning & sanitation in accordance with the procedure & standard quality.
Carry out regular Autonomous maintenance and minor repairs to production machines in accordance with procedures.
Involve in overhaul activities and lead by the Maintenance team
Conducted regular and mandatory CIP as per CIP & COP requirements/matrix
Responsible to Execute Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening, and Conducting inspection and testing to the cleaning and sanitation process (before and after the production process) and contributing to providing improvement ideas.
Conduct Machine & Equipment checking for Production to ensure machine and equipment are in good condition and ready for the process
Responsible to implement OHS policies, work plans, procedures, work instructions. In accordance with OHS policy and identify potential risk hazards in the work area and carry out preventive measures
Monitoring process performance, updating to superior, and coordinating with other sections for resolving the issues
Identify improvement opportunities, suggestions for improvement initiatives to the superior and involving to improvement activities to increase process efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and productivity
REQUIREMENT
Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree (Chemical, Chemistry, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering)
Fresh Graduate or 1 Years' experience in FMCG production is preferable
