Maximum age 40 years, minimum Bachelor Degree Proven work experience as sales manager for around 5 years Broad knowledge of forwarding and logistics industry covering sea, air, land, warehouse and distribution Strong knowledge in setting up Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Have strong verbal and written communication skills, English is a must, Mandarin is plus point Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies Trustworthy and proven ability to successfully lead a sales team Have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Have result-focused attitude
