DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Install, maintain, and configure hardware and software systems according to company policies. • Troubleshoot and repair network hardware and software components. • Perform routine maintenance and inspection of network and server systems to verify functionality and performance. • Perform hardware and software upgrades to achieve optimum performance level. • Perform root cause analysis of complex problems and provide corrective actions. • Maintain IT infrastructure and manage helpdesk issues. • Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones, and other computing platforms. • Order and stock equipment and supplies when necessary.
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology • Knowledge in application, basic and advance hardware and operating systems troubleshooting skills • Good English written and communication skills • Willing to render overtime if necessary and may be available to work on weekends and holidays • Open for possible shifting schedules • 2 years’ experience in Onsite IT Support, MIS or Desktop Support is desired • Strong knowledge and interest in operating systems and servers is preferred • Experience in windows servers (knowledge in active directory, group policy, etc.) is strongly desired
