DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise the helpdesk of our product. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to the help desk. Deliver an analysis of the arising issue. Provide troubleshooting services. Have the capability to assist users in resolving issues.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or System Information, Information Technology or related field preferred. Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role. Quick adaptation and understanding of new business processes. Understand basic product development, user-centric minded. Experienced in handling troubleshoot procedures. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. High Initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
