DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Determine and develop detailed project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Track project costs in order to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Provide regular updates to management team about strategy, adjustments, and progress Coordinate with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field 1-3 years of project management and related experience preferred; fresh graduates welcomed Extremely resourceful, with proven ability to solve problems creatively Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Excellent analytical skills Team player with good interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
