DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Attend to customer calls with proper courtesy, promptly and manners. Handle technical enquiries and able to provide solutions Handle customer service complaints and ensuring proper action have been taken Handle customer enquiries and ensuring the customers are satisfied Handle and process new orders Coordinate with technician/installers to ensure order progression
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/"A" Level Able and knowledgable to handle customer enquiries regarding product technical aspect and also product info. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Manderin At least 1 years of working experience in customer service field.
