DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Partner with directors and leads in markets to provide strategic, consultative support and lead product planning and activation.
Work closely with the product team to design go-to-market strategies, translating product insight to Sales action in order to course correct and anticipate business growth performance.
Guide a team of product specialists towards our product objectives at the business unit level, including quarterly planning, facilitation of cross-product activation, activation of training plans, and collateral development.
Collaborate with Sales teams on business planning from the viewpoints of Google’s product priorities.
Influence teams (e.g., Strategy, Sales, Finance, Marketing) with feedback brought from the market, diving product and program changes.
REQUIREMENT
7 years of experience leading business strategy, building product strategy and activation plans.
Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Strategy/Operations, Learning and Development, and Product teams.
Experience with Google Ads solutions including Search, Display, and Video.
