DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
JOB PURPOSE To provide key administrative support by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies. Monitors administrative projects. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVE AREAS - Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management: discovers irregularities and determines continuing needs. -Administers data through relevant systems to ensure that administration processes are followed. -Resolves administrative problems by analysing information and identifying solutions. -Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods and guidelines. - Maintains administrative workflow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures. -Manages inventory of office supplies, purchase supplies and equipment when needed. -Coordinates with outside vendors and contractors. -Maintains rapport with managers, employees and other stakeholders with exceptional communication skills and diplomacy.
REQUIREMENT
INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS Qualifications & Experience: -Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role. -Hands on experience with MS Office Suite -Basic maths skills -Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -High school diploma Safety Sensitive Role: No
