Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
Answering or referring inquiries direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
Maintain telecommunication system by following office's instructions
Provide secretarial and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner
Assist the Branch Manager with administrative task
Ensure the distribution of incoming letter
Ensure the customer service goes well and accurately
scheduling and manage students on boarding
Documenting all visit and admission
Documenting branch asset
REQUIREMENT
Proactive and ability to take initiative
Good communication (written & spoken)
Exceptional customer service and administration skills
