DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Partner to the General Manager, analyze current sales and design appropriate sales targets to improve the sales performance; utilizing the standard tools and dash boards to monitor the sales Work closely with the commercial and marketing team to ensure the best level of maintenance of the retail plan and ensure proper allocation of the POS materials that could maximize the retail business opportunities Design and define KPIs, incentive scheme and communication tools, which could be motivating to the front-line sales to achieve sell-out targets Manage field rosters and update the field force database Take lead of the BU meetings, ensure the best practices are shared across all regions Propose new processes and implementation plans, develop and implement the new tools
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Business, Finance, or other related discipline Minimum 5 years of sales administration related experience required Number sensitive, detail oriented and organised Solid analytical, problem-solving, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skillful in project management and able to work under pressure Advanced in Microsoft Excel is a must Sound knowledge in travel retail operations with proven business sense
