DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling incoming and outgoing calls. This role is primarily phone-based, you must be confident to communicate and speak to candidates. Answer to every enquiries on social media platform. Assist in every position's hiring process. Conduct basic phone screening, profile filtering and interview arrangements. Enroll candidates to training classes. Blast out ads on Facebook and other social media. Administrative tasks including data entry and follow up. Any other ad hoc assignments assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin. Good in using MS Office and Google Spreadsheet. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates who have experience in Recruitment or Human Resource are preferred. Patience, willing to learn and good in time management. Enjoy taking initiative on work and performs outgoing personality to communicate. Able to work in a fast pace environment. Attentive to details is most important. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
