In general, you will be working closely with the product team, and development team to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple platforms.
You will gain feedback from users and colleagues.
Monitor app performance, watch for traffic dips related to site usability problems and rectify any issues.
Create quality mockups and prototypes, ensuring high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
Turn UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs.
Write reusable code and libraries to a standard which makes it quick and easy to maintain the code in the future.
Design new features, or maintain existing features.
Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve usability.
Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies.

Proven work experience as a Front-end developer.
Profound knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Proficiency in Javascript or TypeScript.
Proficiency with Javascript frameworks such as ReactJS, React Native or Vue.
Proficient level of experience with UI layouts, SASS and CSS Grid system.
Solid experience with using REST, GraphQL.
Basic knowledge of graphical tools such as Photoshop/Sketch, so that you can make small changes to images.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Proficient in understanding code versioning tools, such as Git.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
The following would also be a significant plus:
Some exposure to full-stack development.
A good understanding of SEO principles, so that our applications adhere to such principles.
REQUIREMENT
You probably have 2-3 years of relevant experience as a web developer.
UI developer or front-end engineer in commercial projects.
As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact within our web and mobile applications, which makes your role crucial for the success of our business.
You must be technically proficient and have a keen eye for design and UI/UX.
In this role, you’ll make a significant contribution to translating our user needs and expectations into features on our app and website.
You are an exceptional problem solver with great communication skills and are able to optimize our application in terms of technology and in delivering the best user experience.
Your responsibilities will include translating design wireframes into code that will produce visual elements of the application.
You will take an active role in defining how the application looks, and well as how it works.
Ideally, you should be able to demonstrate hands-on experience in using current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance optimisation, accessibility and usability.
