DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage regular communication with farmers, farmers group, dealer / big retailer and provide specialist agronomic services to clients Expand and develop new customer in fertilizer business Responsible for product demand creation for free market Develop and maintain close customer relations with key clients by providing professional agronomic service. Arrange and coordinate technical and marketing activities, including field days, farmer meetings, demonstration trials and trial sites Remain informed on technical developments, marketing trends and competitor strategies via networking, personal development and training
REQUIREMENT

Ages 25-35 years old Minimum possess Diploma's degree in agriculture Preferably having 1 years related experience in Agrochemical, Fertilizer, Pest desease and crop protection Familiar with Fertilizer Industry and its channel (dealers,retailer and plantations) Good understanding in agriculture practice Good interpersonal skill Good communication in English (min pasif) Good computer proficiency Result-oriented with good analytical thinking, self-reliant with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
