Adherence to coding standards, project metrics and making sure these are delivered on time under tight schedules.
Attending or leading daily sprint meetings.
Working closely with PM and other upstream source system teams to address production issues.

REQUIREMENT
2+ years of professional experience coding and shipping services with C# & .NET
Experience with developing both front end and back end using .NET / JAVA.
Experience with the .NET framework (.NET 6) (C#, ASP.NET, XML) or Java (Java 16).
Experience with UI technologies (Blazor, MVVM, Xamarin, CSS/JS, HTML, etc.)
Strong understanding of networking and asynchronous programming.
Strong SQL Server or Oracle proficiency.
Document DB proficiency (Example: MongoDB / CosmosDB).
Experience with Dev Ops, Continuous Integration.
Experience with Azure.
Demonstrated partnership, communication, and cross-group collaboration skills.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience.
