DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist to research, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and vendors. Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and review the quality of purchased products. Managing inventories and maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Assist in managing a fleet of delivery drivers. Coordinate the end-to-end process of delivery and ensure timely delivery of goods. Preparing delivery schedules and maintaining accurate delivery logs. Data entry of required information into relevant databases and spreadsheets promptly. Keep records of necessary customer and team interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WhatsApp group chats. Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
REQUIREMENT

Great computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Google Sheets. At least 1 year of working experience in procurement related domain is preferred. Experienced in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English and Mandarin (As you need to communicate with suppliers who are only able to speak in Mandarin only) Able to work in a fast pace environment. Attentive to details. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
