DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assuming responsibility for the day-to-day execution and continued improvement of Sales and Marketing processes including operational reviews. Management of Revenue/Design Win Tracking and Forecasting including collaborating with the sales team to improve performance reporting and forecasting process. Optimizing of quarterly opportunity tracking. Providing and managing data analytics to enable sales team to clearly track and drive towards company targets. Ensuring clear communication to all relevant Nexperia stakeholders of America’s results on key performance indicators. Oversee development of distribution channel POS/POA/INV rationalization and management. Expense management- T&E control and reginal budget management. Partner with Human Resources and Finance on Census/Hiring. Assist in the coordination of Sales Management Calls and Business Line reviews. Develop and Maintain Management Dashboards.
REQUIREMENT

University background/education preferably business or finance related. Minimum 5 years in Sales Operations or Business Operations with Semiconductor Company or Distributor. Ability to understand business needs from stakeholders in order to drive functional requirement Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, including EXCEL, PowerPoint and good knowledge of SAP/CRM tools. ModelN, EDI, RosettaNet will be a plus. •Strong communication and presentation skills in English •Team mentality, hands-on mentality and service-oriented mindset •Result-oriented and analytical skillset •Pro-active, independently working and enthusiastic person, who is willing to take initiative, feels at ease in an international and fast-paced environment and knows how to set priorities.
