DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure the quality, discoverability, and accuracy of the content created and developed. Develop and maintain API and database documentation. The documentation must include information regarding changes or improvements to the database as they are implemented. Create and maintain internal code/technical and process documentation. Lead technical documentation strategy and execution. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and deliver our technical documentation. Participate in agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, 3-Amigos, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, and Agile Town Halls. Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Able to work onsite in Surabaya Able to communicate in English (both speaking and writing). Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, technical writing or equivalent experience. 2+ years of technical writing experience or 2+ years of technical product management experience. Experience writing, proofreading and editing. Experience producing and organizing content with a logical flow. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Basic knowledge of programming. Ability to read, understand, write and test sample code.
