DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Execute redundancy package calculation. Perform Control Sampling test Simplification of processes & procedures based on customer interaction and feedback. Ad-Hoc HR operation activity support.
REQUIREMENT

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree or above. Fluency in both spoken and written in English. Familiar with Labour Standard Act and related regulations preferable Experience working within Human Resources in the financial industry preferable Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite Skills including Excel, PowerPoint etc Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Personal integrity and strong sense of data security and confidentiality.
