Non-Technical :
Able to work individually and on team projects.
Detail-oriented
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders and have a good sense of planning
Analytical & critical thinking, able to propose options, highlight pros and cons, as well as estimate impacts & efforts required
Familiarity with Sprint or Agile development methodologies
Technical :
Support Digital Channel Department to develop and maintain the superyou.co.id system
Deep understanding of the overall web and application development process
Hands on experience with backend programming languages e.g. PHP Laravel, Go, Python, Git, Postman
Extensive experience in RDBMS like MySQL
Knowledge of modern development principles and best practices (Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, unit testing, continuous integration, and deployment)
