DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Work independently and take full responsibility of managing projects of various sizes from ideation to completion
First point of contact to liaise between client and internal project team
Be accountable for delivering all the deliverables of a project
Compile a project plan, functional specifications and other project documents and to ensure that requirements are properly documented and that there is consensus between client and project team
Conduct sprint review meetings at the end of every sprint
Monitor, identify, and manage any potential risks and escalate in a timely manner
Monitor and control projects to ensure delivery is within planned cost and time
Manage change requests raised by client
Maintain relationship and morale with clients and project team
REQUIREMENT
3 years of solid working experience in IT related project management
Proven record of successful completion of small to medium scale projects
Must be a team player and quick learner
Good working attitude and self-discipline
Fluent in written and spoken English
Candidates with More experience will be considered for the position of Project Manager
