DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle day-to-day customer enquiries abnd complaints via hotline Process daily orders via telephone and e-mail and assist the ecommerce platform operation Maintain a close relationship with the Sales Department and Logistic Team to ensure the products are delivered on time Coordinate with Sales team for order status and credit issues Work closely with Sales team to provide a variety of support services Perform ad-hoc tasksa ssigned
REQUIREMENT

DSE or above with at least 2 years of solid customer service/call center experience With call centre experience Good telephone manner, strong hotline and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Friendly and approachable Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
