DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To meet agreed sales targets by managing/motivating a team of PFCs and developing and managing relationships with Permata Bank Area, Senior Managers, Branch Managers and Regional Insurance Specialists.
REQUIREMENT

University graduate in any discipline with Bachelor Degree; A minimum of 4 years experience in selling to individual customers; Experience of selling financial services to individual customers, with a preference for candidates with experience in selling in a banking environment; Has led a team of at least three staff in a sales management role; Smartly dressed, professional appearance, with a confident, enthusiastic and respectful manner. Being ‘sales orientated’, self motivated and keen to succeed; Having excellent and proven communication skills; Able to ‘multi-task’ and manage multiple issues and projects.
