DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan, control & coordinate all agency events & training Coordinate with Head Office Agency team & Branches to recruits new agents Conducting and delivering training sessions for new recruits Analyze and reporting sales training performance results Organize agency activity or event to motivate agents to achieve the sales objectives
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Management/Marketing/Finance or any related major Minimum 2 years experience in general insurance Have knowledge in product marketing, finance, and business development Skilled in Microsoft Office & presentation skills Have a good initiative & strong leadership Fluent in English is a plus
