DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Providing daily support including system health check, batch processing, and data backup handling Monitoring system status and performance Monitoring and controlling all production jobs being processed according to the schedule Reporting all hardware and software failures to the supervisor and produce relevant reports as directed Revising and updating operation documentation Maintaining the updated inventory of IT equipment Handling problem logging, resolution and escalation to designated supervisor
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Understand and willing to adapt with new technology Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System Admin/IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent. Proficient in English (both oral & written)
