DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Setting a vision for how technology is going to be. Ensuring that the tech resources and plans will meet the company's short and long-term goals. Manage timelines for the development team and deployment of all tech services. Mentoring and be advisor for all team members. Focused on the delivery of IT projects ofthe clients to and make sure the technical requirement are fully meet and align with the technical architechture Up to date with technology trends and developments. Ensuring all technology practices in acordance with the regulatory standards.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in computer science or related field 5 year min working in a technological role. 3 years min of managerial experience. Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology. Excellent team management skills. Excellent communication skill Excellent verbal and written communication in English Very good in managing tasks to the development team Experience in HRM System is a plus Experience in most tech stack for Backend and Frontend
