Ensure the products produced in a timely manner. In the event of production schedule delay due to unforeseen circumstances, Production Executive to discuss with Production Manager on ways to meet the timeline.
Manpower arrangement shall be under the responsibility of Production Executive to meet the constant changes of production schedule. Should there be any incident of production line idle i.e., shortage of materials, the manpower allocation can be discussed with Production Manager.
Checking of Batch Manufacturing Record after it has been reconciled at the end of process, ensuring no Out of Specification incident and no abnormality in terms of yield output. Highlight to Production Manager should there be any incident.
Attend to any production issue highlighted by production shop floor staff, production line leaders and production supervisors.
In-charge of overseeing and executing training of every production staff.
Constant look out of improvement projects in ways to enhance quality and improving on output.
REQUIREMENT
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills and team player
Good computer knowledge
Good command in English and Malay
Technical skill will be an added advantage.
Write up of new SOP and creation of form, as well as maintaining and updating current versions when required.
To undertake any other jobs directed by superior from time to time.
