REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information system. Minimum 1 years of working experience as a IT Operation, Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role Fresh graduate are welcome Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Customer-oriented and cool-tempered Have the ability to build relationships with business users and have the initiative to work responsibilities. Experience in Financial Service industry or a Multinational Company is preferred. Fluent in Mandarin is a must
