DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensure that the production output of the assigned machine/s in any line/section of the plant is in accordance with set parameters and practices as well as food safety, environmental and work safety standards
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operates assigned machine/s in any line or section of the plant
2. Performs routine shift cleaning activities as prescribed in the QMP and Manufacturing Cards of the designated line or section
3. Performs simple maintenance activities required in the assigned machine/s
4. Operates any machine in a section as required for back-up or dictated by the plan
5. Fills out prescribed shift records and any other related administrative work or functions
6. Ensures the timely and accurate filling out of CCP / OPRP monitoring forms relating to the Food Safety Management System and reports problems to the Supervisors or Department Head accordingly for proper actions
7. Acts as Team Leader or Coordinator in the section to which he/she is assigned as instructed/designated by the Supervisors or Department Head
8. Adheres to established norms and procedures related to company policies and procedures and code of conduct
9. Complies with all food safety, work safety and environment plans and programs of the company to achieve safety standards and objectives
10. Executes other jobs as may be assigned by the Supervisors or Department Head
REQUIREMENT
· Must have attained at least 1 or 2 years of college education preferably with vocational or technical training
· Must be able to record and document key production parameters and settings, machine downtimes, rejects and output
· Must be able to work with mechanics and electricians in resolving machine downtimes in his machine/s
