DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Motivate and manage the key retail accounts within their area for a specific product portfolio
Build strong relationships with store managers and conduct product detailing to increase knowledge and awareness and drive the sell-out
Achieve the sales targets, qualitative and quantitative objectives
Monitor sales and identify and propose new business opportunities for the accounts
Propose new product listings, space increase and promotions within accounts
Monitor and report share of shelf of the brands, assortments, positioning of the brand, ensure the implementation of the contract
Monitor out of stock/ low stock and raise appropriate order for the outlet
Ensure timely collection of payment as per the credit terms
Manage the returns and raise GRN
Ensure a full coverage of the market through regular visits as per journey plan
Analyze competition and conduct intelligence on the market and report back through the reporting system ( SIF )
Liaise with other functions in the business in order to assure the highest level of customer service
REQUIREMENT
1-3 years of experience in sales in FMCG/ Pharmacy business, managing key accounts and responsible of achieving sales targets
Master commercial fundamentals
Up-to-date with market, consumers & competitors
Pursue turnover and profit optimization
Develop customer centric approach business
Monitor sell in excellence and Drive business with retailers
Negotiation and ability to build selling proposition and create win/win situations
Monitor Sell-In and Sell-Out Excellence
