DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Planning and organising production calendar, following up on deadlines at every process touchpoint. Sourcing all materials for production from current and external vendors, ensuring best value and timing for company. Ensure adherence to approved quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and agreed specifications. Settle on costing for materials and produced goods. Mentor and manage inventory and production teams. Constantly evaluate current processes and innovative/optimize where necessary.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience working in the manufacturing industry production. Knowledge about materials sourcing and price negotiation. An ability to mentor and oversee team members in a fast-paced environment. A strong desire to innovate and change processes wherever needed. Excellent communication skills
