1. Demonstrating leadership to the Operations team (Production anda Maintenance) and contractors related on Operatio KPI and Health, Safety, Environmental issues. 2. Proactively eliminate or report production output, Waste, machine efficiency, Down Time Monitoring, PM Planning and Realisation, workplace hazards, taking part in Production Quality Meetings, other activities; to achieve company target Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production and Maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation and follow quality manajemen standard 3. Managing and leading a team of operators, technicians, and support staff to maintain and operate the production facility to achieve operational production target, safe and efficient operation . 4. Engage with HR team to recruit Operations personnel team Productio& Team) and prepare competency readiness program and induction. 5. Manage the team for having the operation involvement in order to achive KPI Operational target 6. Verify, witness that the operation (prodction , Maintenance) meeting their Performance. Monitor, analyse, and evaluate Operation (Production & Maintenance) performance in terms of efficiency, productivity, reliability, availability, health, environment, and cost. 7. Finalizing Operation (Production & Maintenance) Strategy, developing and implementing operational (Production & MTC) procedures and guidelines for the facility to ensure compliance with KPI target, safety, environmental and regulations. 8. Ensuring that the facility operates within budget and meets send-out order targets. 9. Collaborating with other departments, such as Quality, MKT, Puchasing and Warehouse to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. 10. Monitoring and analysing operational (Production & MTC) data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions (Plan, Do, Check, Adjust) 11. Ensuring that the facility and activity operations complies with all applicable regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001 , ISO 22716 GMP, Halal, CPPKRTB and CPKB 12. Developing emergency response plans related operational (Production & MTC) and ensuring that all personnel operational are trained in emergency procedures.
