DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Collecting and analyzing customer data
• Using CRM systems to manage relationships
• Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
• Planned, implemented and tracked sales and marketing strategies
to promote brand products
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and
operations teams to improve the customer experience
• Interacting with other departments to effectively pull off brand strategy
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing
email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Manage and build overall email marketing strategy
• Determine email marketing KPIs
• Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Planning and managing marketing budget
REQUIREMENT
• proven experience with marketing & social media managing • Fluent in English • Strong attention to detail • Great interpersonal and communication skills. • Good understanding of marketing principles with strong interpersonal skills • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics etc.) • BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or relevant field is a strong advantage • English is a MUST
