DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing any outlets (managing daily operations and ensuring that store team achieves the best sales performance for the area. Working closely with the store team to provide coaching and problem solving to the outlets Ensure that the team is following operational procedures, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlets, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently. Assist in liaising with the respective person/team from the outlets.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree from any major Have minimun 4 years experiences in Healthcare Retail or Pharmacy Industry as Area Sales Manager or Regional Operation Manager Willing to work at Head Office, Pluit, Jakarta Utara Have a good communication, team work Good communication in English verbal and written Have a analytical thinking and problem solving Agile, and fast pace
