Drive brand and digital marketing strategies for all product lines, store openings, mobile app, and co-branded credit card that drive foot traffic and acquire new members, aligning with global brand vision and business objectives
Lead a team of PR, brand marketing, and digital marketing professionals to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid communication channels
Steer PR, social media, and content strategies to drive brand exposure and increase brand affinity
Engage and influence key stakeholders from diverse backgrounds including internal cross-functional teams such as merchandising, retail operation and e-commerce teams, agencies, and business partners to drive synergy and deliver initiatives cohesively
Act as a brand guardian to gatekeep creative, visual, and copywriting standards and approve outputs for consistent brand image and messaging across all customer touchpoints
Keep up with changing customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify areas for brand growth
Stay abreast of social media and digital marketing tools and technologies to evaluate and pursue new initiatives for enhanced marketing capabilities
Mentor and coach subordinates to drive performance mindset for professional growth
Plan and optimize marketing budget and measure ROI for continuous improvement
Elevate overall marketing operation efficiency
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years in all functions of marketing (PR, branding, social media, and digital), with at least 5 years of people management experience. Prior exposure in retail industry is highly advantageous
Proven track records in delivering business results through omni-channel marketing campaigns
In-depth knowledge in web design, social media, and digital marketing tools
Comfortable working in a role that is both strategic and requires hands-on execution
Self-driven, proactive, organized, and meticulous, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills, with eagerness to challenge the status quo and go extra miles
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Japanese is a plus
Less experienced candidate will also be considered
