DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Drive sales and brand awareness; achieve sales & KPI targets as set by management Develop and execute channel strategy, review & analyze channel performance & relevant data, share insights and provide recommendations Take lead in making tactical and operational decisions; define and drive initiatives to achieve business growth Strengthen customer base by exploring new customers; maintain good and long term relationship with existing clients; identify growth opportunities by understanding the end-consumer and customer needs Manage and monitor the budget within the HORECA segment Ensure adherence to Company principles, policies & procedures and comply with local laws and regulations
REQUIREMENT

Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Economics or other related disciplines Minimum 5 years' B2B direct sales experiences, with at least 3 years' exposure in sales management Candidates with experience in dealing with clients in luxury hospitality segments / restaurant group will be highly preferred Result oriented, self-motivated with good business sense; Sensitive to numbers with good analytical mind Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English Good Knowledge of MS Office Candidates with lesser experiences may be considered as Sales Executive
