DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Fulfilling MPP needs in their branch to support the achievement of branch work targets. Oversees recruitment, compensation and benefit, training and development, and working with Human Resource personnel to carry out the Human Resource Office's daily operations. Assure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and operational procedures; and deliver HR services that suit the needs. Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Industrial Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience required. At least 3-4 years of working experience in Regional HR, more preferable in Retail / Manufactur Industries. Understanding of the recruitment process as well as psychological tools. Understand General HR policies, procedures, and function. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Highly adaptable, good analytical thinking and problem solving. Willing to travel for business.
