DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Perform helpdesk support by answering call or replying email providing 1st level resolution to end users
Perform onsite support to end users by ticket or service request
Each incident call and email must be properly logged and tracked until issue is resolved and closed by end-users.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to 2nd / 3rd level internal support team
Perform Service Request including account setup and network configuration
Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned to him/her
REQUIREMENT
Need to be proficient in Microsoft OS 365. (Learn before & used before at work, internship or FYP)
Open to fresh Dip / Nitec / Degree in IT / Computer Science / Network or relevant
