DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Entry and review of the monthly payroll time data as required, employee maintenance, tax information, direct deposit, new hire, terminated and current employee processing. This is also including processing end to end payroll. (60%) Coordinate with Human Resource Department personnel on the timely and accurate updating of employee master file changes in payroll systems. (5%) Manage interfaces and reports between Workday HR and local payroll systems. (5%) Audit payroll data entry and employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution. (5%) Ensure timely and accurate administration of employee garnishments, ensuring proper withholding and remittance to appropriate agencies. (5%) Work as a member of cross-GBS, cross-functional team on projects related to system upgrades for Workday, local Payroll and Time & Attendance systems. (5%) Execute and audit payroll outbound interfaces to be sent to third party vendors. (5%) Execute tests in Workday and payroll test databases as they relate to outbound/inbound interfaces. (5%) Ensure accurate payroll data is sent to local Finance Teams for ledger posting. (5%) Ability to work well within a small team environment Displays a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to respect, protect and maintain highly confidential information Able to work independently, or with little supervision Can work with pace and pressure to meet tight deadlines English is essential, multiple languages (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai etc) will be added advantage
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 – 5 years of related regional payroll experience at a company processing 500+ employees. Ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail. Strong skill in MS excel, Word, and the ability to learn additional programs as needed. Multi-lingual capabilities would be an added advantage.6. Proficient and good knowledge of relevant HR/Payroll software (e.g. Workday)
