Heading a team of 6 HRBPs [across various levels of seniority]
Becoming the primary conduit between the business units and other HR functional departments to provide HR services according to business needs.
Working on complex HR projects [from strategising, planning and driving initiatives] to accomplish business outcomes.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders and business heads to address gaps, while performing annual performance reviews.
Working on succession planning strategies for key senior and leadership roles i.e. identifying high potential talents and addressing upskilling requirements which may involve training, development.
Working with the organisational development team to strategise relevant realignment of organisation structure and job management to meet business operational needs.
Being the proactive change agent in leading engagement activities to facilitate and promote transformation across the business.
Spearheading general HR process improvements to ensure that the team is operating at an efficient level, to support the business.
REQUIREMENT
A minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience, with in-depth exposure in HR Business Partnering
Strong communication skills [both written and spoken]
Dynamic personality, with high level of energy
Ability to have, facilitate and manoeuvre difficult conversation with both stakeholders and team
Ambitious and an approachable personality.
