DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Analyzes current and proposed departmental/user hardware systems
Gather facts and data to be used in evaluating various user proposals.
Analyzes and solves computer applications and systems problems
Provides a wide range of technical assistance to departmental user support staff.
Provides individual and/or group instruction and training to trainees on computer technologies, as appropriate.
Provides technical support for research and development initiatives and new technologies.
May maintain applicable records including user lists, user accounts and security, and equipment inventory.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Provides a wide range of in-depth technical assistance to employees.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Advises on alternative computer technologies, and on the implications of alternative selections.
Document problem solutions in company knowledge base
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Willing to work onsite at Balintawak, Quezon City

Microsoft Windows OS/ MS Office/ Active Directory Support
